Having trouble with calcium dispenser and metering pump.

I just recently setup my Tunze calcium dispenser with the metering pump that came with my 3155 osmolator. It will no longer pump water to my AIO tank but once did. I haven't started using kalkwasser yet and I have the little check valve supplied by Tunze in the right direction and in between the pump and dispenser. I also have the flow setting dial on the PCB inside turned to highest setting.

Without the dispenser does the pump pump water? Unless you are pumping up more than 6ft with the dispenser installed or the check valve is jammed or the pump is airlocked, the issue is likely that the pump is not working.

Only pumping up 3ft. with dispenser installed. If I disconnect the hose from the pump, the pump will shoot out water when turned on so must not be air locked. Must be check valve jammed, how do I tell and what do I do?

Try just blowing through the check valve, blow from both ends to be sure it is installed the right way.

I had it installed in the right direction but I took off the check valve, blew through the one end, installed it again and it seems to be working right. It pumped water to the right level and turned off once it reached the light sensor. Must have been jammed. Thank you.
