Headin' home.

Just Livin' Life
Mels beautiful pics prompted me to share some news.

After some recent developments on the home front here we are finally making the trip back to Florida.

Some of you remember when I sold my tanks a while back it was in preparation of the move back to Florida but with the economy the way it has been it just didn't work out at the time.

Well, my wife got word last week about a job and was accepted so she gave notice and we are driving her down this weekend. She'll be staying with her mom for a bit while I stay here to get things packed, sold, etc... Our goal is for me to join her by Sept. 1st. So I'll be here for a bit to bug ya'll (see, the language is coming back already) and even after I move I'm sure I'll still be checking in here. Besides, if ya ever need something hand-picked from the Gulf Coast I'm your man, lol.

We'll be living in Palm Harbor which is just north of Clearwater in the Tampa Bay area. It's a beautiful area and since I no longer have to drive in rush hour traffic along Route 19 that's all the better.

By my estimation, look for a new tank thread sometime in Jan of 2011, lol.

We are driving striaght leaving Sat afternoon and should arrive Sunday about the same time. I loath the drive let alone doing it twice in 4 months but it's the cheapest way to get there.

Anyway, I just wanted to say thanks to all the good folk here who've made my introduction into this hobby a wonderful one.

Oh wow Paul, that's excellent that she was able to get something lined up so quickly! I hope all goes smoothly and things back here in NY wrap up nicely for you. Palm Harbor is beautiful! My cousin took my sis & I to BJ's Bar there on Saturday and we had a blast. (good area to avoid around closing time though... ;) )

Very happy to hear you're fixin' to (he he) get another tank up and running in less than a year and can't wait to maybe see some pics!

Good luck and safe journey to you and yours!

congrats and good luck.

recent economic events have resulted in some life changes. I hope everyone is able to make the best of them.

Thanks guys.

Never been to BJ's Pub but we did live less than a mile from there at Boot Ranch. This time we'll be a bit west. Closer to the beach, lol. Lots of time for sunsets on the beach pretty soon. :)

Florida has just as many negatives as NY but you just need to choose which negatives you'd rather live with and snow is a big one of ours. I'll get use to the humidity again. :furious:

Paul,
To much to say here. So Ill wish you both the best and I will Call ya soon to chat.

You will be missed.

Paul, stow me away in the luggage!

Congrats on making your way back. And please send us a teaser note come January.

Paul, I sincerely wish you and Lori all the best. I am glad I got to know you and I hope that your days in Florida will bring you much happiness and satisfaction. Abundant blessings and prayers for continued success in everything you do.
