Headloss pvc vs flexible pvc

I'm trying to buy a return pump for my 40B / 20L sump. I am going to use flexible pvc going to the basement. It's a tri-level, so it's only really about 5ft of head (ish.)

I am looking at the Quiet One 3000 and it says that it is rated around 600+ gph at 5ft. (I plan to run around 4-450gph) But does the flexible pvc that I plan to use change that much? I know if you have a lot of 90s, that will change it drastically, but the flexible pvc will be more of a curve.

Bend is an angle. You'll have to figure it in. A long sweeping 90 I would calculate as 2 45's.
