heat issue/lighting

It's summer in OH,and with the cost of Elect. we are not running the air this year(yea right).Will it hurt anything to change my lighting cycle,Lights on at 5am and off at 11am(6Hrs.).I am running a chiller but it is a little undersize,we uped the total water value over the winter and i had the chiller already....Thanks

There should be no problem with running your lights earlier in the day.
