heat?

hey guys I was wondering if I could leave my light off while I was at work? with this heat my A/c will be on but it still can get hot. I go to work at 7am and my husband at 11. I was going to have him put the frozen soda bottle in the tank then but that will not last all day long. so I was wondering if I left the lights off until 5-6 pm when the sun has gone down a little bit

I don't see why you couldn't do a reverse lighting cycle. Run you lights at night when it's cooler and leave them off during the day.
