Heater and Fan Controller

I'm wanting to get a controller that will turn on the heater when needed and also be able to turn on the fan when needed. I really can't see spending the money for an Apex to do this as I really don't need the Apex for any other control or monitoring. Does anyone have any suggestions for a controller that will work both the heater and fan?

Aside from apex this is probably your best choice.
