Any recommendations please?
Room temperature is usually about 73 and I would like to keep the system at 78. I never needed a heater for the past 8 years until my 400w viper UV sterilizer broke. I don't think I really knew how much heat that was adding to the system

Depends on what you want. People have used a closed loop pex system coming from their water heater controlled by a controller. You can buy several heaters ranging in wattage. Boils down to what kind of heater you want... Submersible, inline heat exchanger, "L" style, Bayonet, heavy duty immersion ect. PentairAES.com has quite a selection to choose from, plus they cater to big systems

You haven't given much info on the environment. If the tank is an in-wall I would put the money into heating the tank room.

Sorry Dave
They are both in my basement. One 120Lx48Dx39H is in a fish room and the other tank of similar dimension is right next to it but not in wall. I will try to get a picture up tonight but basically half the system is in wall and the other half is not

I was starting to wonder about running 400w sterilizer 24/7
I may still replace it but I think I will look for a lower wattage this time around

I would only run it 12 hrs total a day. It will save on replacing the bulb every 6 months but you would have to play around with the sterilizer to figure out how much it has to be on to keep the temp in the tank at 78

I got an instantaneous water heater, hot water circulation pump and a PEX loop for mine.

Works fantastically and is MUCH cheaper then electric.
