heathen shrimp?

I have a Coral Banded shrimp, now two years old. I see him trying to catch my fish and my snails are gone again. Is he the culprit? I hear they will even eat the hermits.

I think they are more of a predator then a cleaner!!I know they will kill cleaner shrimp!

my 2 seem ok but they are the smaller golden ones. i do lose some hermits now and then but never considered them as the culprit. interesting
