Heliafungia Problems

Hey Guys.

Hopefully someone here might be able to shed some light on my problem. My Heliafungia won't open up anymore. Usually it "goes to sleep" every night and the tentacles close in and reopen in the morning. This morning it did not open and it had a weird whitish clear slimy coating on it. She is also looking pretty brown. Is she gone? I am not happy if she is but I would at least like to figure out what went wrong so I can prevent it in the future. She wasn't cheap.

Here is my tank setup:

100 GAL Acrylic with 120 lbs live rock
Fluval 405 Filter

Any advice? :/

ya its on its way out, i know they dont travel well and dont like change, once they start dieing off theres not much you can do
