Does anyone know where to buy Helios halides? I heard they have a high par rating.

I used a Helios 20k for a little over a month. I felt it had a very low par rating. Growth seemed to come to a complete halt but the coral colored up very nicely. They are a VERY blue 20k bulb. More blue that Phineox or EVC Tech bulbs.
