Just wanted to say hi to everyone here with my first post here on reef central :wave:. Managed to find you guys buy luck searching the web and its great to see such an active reef community in upstate and western NY. I'm brand new to the marine side of the hobby here with a month old 45 gallon hope-to-be reef. Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself and go spelunking around the forum here.:bum:
 
I used to date a girl that lived in Amherst.
OK, OK... I'll admit it: she only lived there when SUNY Buffalo was in session.... :D
 
Suicidal Technician??? So are you one of the people who answer the suicide hotline? Or are you a very depressed technician. Or perhaps you are a private consultant who come up with new and more effiecant methods of suicide.

But at any rate Welcome to the URS. The dues are payable to me in the form of one 5 gallon bucket of Reef Crystals per month. No later the the 15th.

Suicidal technician meaning I work in a very dangerous special environments research lab (Extreme altitude, depth, tepmerature, G-forces, etc) and have come close to death a couple of times :).

Quickly though the 15th is coming up and I need to do a water change. I change 55 gallons a month so I will need that salt promptly.
