hi guys,

Well, I've been out of the hobby for a couple years. I moved 3 times in the last 4 years and tanks, as much as you would think they would be, are not that portable. I know right? You would think you just put some plastic wrap on the top and take the 1000 pound tank to the next spot and it would stay fully landscaped, temp stable and oxygenated.

Well, I think I have the house I'm going to stay in for a while now. I have no where to build it into the wall like i have in the past. But I'll figure it out.

My stuff. I have a Tencor aquairium that has never had water in it. It's 30"x30"x72", I think abooot 240 gallons. Built in twin overflows. Lots of lights. 3 250 w mh, 2 400 w mh, Neptune controller, ca reactor, 2 sumps, 40 gal qt, RO/DI with booster pump, good test kits, dry rock now (one thing I have to buy, more LR), Skimmer (need better one), that wave maker thingy from canada for the closed loop, lots of pumps, phos reactor, refugium, and the glass from another 220 gal tank that I need to rebuild (make a great refuge right?).

So anyhoo, I used to live on this site. I because a certified expert (really, I made myself a certificate) reading this website. If it wasn't here, it told you where to go to find it. But just like the korean language, once I didn't use it anymore, I forgot it.

is there anything new these days I need to know?

Mike

Oh yeah...a few things have changed. lol. Wouldn't even know where to begin. take a look around for a few weeks, and you'll get caught up...or thoroughly confused.
