nope... we have been groing this rock since we started.... and about a month ago they showed up.... we have figured that its possible that since on the rock there is little to no room for it to grow anymore its growing these so that it can frag itself and go onto another rock

That's what it's doing... You can rip them off and glue them to a new spot and they will grow...

yea i mma rip some off and spread to the other tanks....since the begining my brother and i have been using those as sort of water quality testers... if they live and do good, other stuff can survive as well...sorta

Ok so we started making rodi water today and it started at 000 then it went to 005 then it went to 007 so we left it and made 5 gallons. When we read the meter after 5 gallons it was reading 721. Yes 721. Dirtier than what goes it even tastes gross. What's wrong
