I need help identifying this coral. Is it a Zoa?

No, it looks more like a Favites or perhaps a Goniastrea.

Hmmmmm.. maybe, so it's basically a brain coral?

Yes, although many different types of corals can be called "brain" corals.

Favia, Favites, Goniastrea, Lobophyllia, Trachyphyllia, Symphyllia etc.

With these guys you have to feed them meaty food once a week correct?

Not really. As long as your parameters are kept within reason and the lighting is sufficient it should be fine. Feeding them definitely wouldn't hurt though. GL.

i don't spot feed my favia and it has done great.
