Help! 6025 clip broke twice!!

My tabs broke, and I needed this pump for the flow in my tank. So I glued the whole clip to the magnet. Thought everything would be fine. Then the actual clip broke. The curved piece that attaches to the pump itself literally snapped into two pieces when I tried to adjust the pump. This is some really brittle plastic! Now what do I do? I need to replace both the magnet and the clip because I glued them together!@#! Is this covered under warranty?

the clips were a prob. before and would have been replaced free of charge. however not sure the magnet part will be under warranty sence you glued it to the clip

Usually the superglue will break free if you grab the broken clip and twist with a pair of plyers. I would then PM Roger (rvitko) and he will get you a new clip made of the new plastic.

That's what I'm worried about. But like I said, my tank is really dependent on flow (BB) and I just didn't want to wait. Little did I know that the rest of the clip would break on me too...
