HELP, After Updating Iphone

Ok I feel really stupid but I did the update and my saved password is gone and I can't remember it. Went into the controller and used the Username and password and it want work. When I long into my apex on the computer I can't remember that password either and I'm thinking thats the one I need to log in from my phone. So can someone tell me how to find or change the password on the computer login so I can get the iphone up again

I guess I need to reset the server password. How do I do this

Configuration -> Network Setup.

'Admin password' and 'Confirm admin password' fields.

did that but it's not the same as when I log into the server

Yeah i am not thrilled it killed all the units i stored in memory.
