Help again on return pump

How do i find out how many gallon pump i can run on my 210 its a marineland 210 mega flow with dual overflows . My return pump now is not strong enough but i wanna buy the right one. Thanks guys.

What is the max flow rate of your overflows? How many returns? Have you tried the head loss calculator to help assist?
