Help? Age spots or ICH

I just received this fish in a shipment from a very reputable company.. He was suppose to be 3-4 inches long but he's damn near 6 inches long...What are these white discolorations on him? Any guesses? Ich or age spots? He's way too big for my tank..BUt with these spots no fish store will ever trade me for a smaller one...Will they? Thanks ahead of time...Lou

Ok pics won't download...The spots are not pinhead size but larger on the edges of his top and bottom fins...None on the body...any guesses?

Could be simple stress spots that will go away once you relieve the stress.
