Help, Are these flat worms? If so, what do you recommend I do?

Hi everyone, I found some of these up by my overflow today and I tried to remove some of them. I did manage to get some. Then tonight I found these on my glass. There are also others. Just wondering if they are flatworms? If so, how do you suggest I get rid of them? I know salifert makes a flatworm exit, but how does that work? Let me know what you think. I'd really appreciate it.

nope, not flatworms. I'm betting you have a few nerite snails, and those are the egg cases.
