Help at a loss

Not sure what to do anymore been trying to get rid of a disease. thought it was external Parasites. but not sure, then treating a powder blue tang and a clown time for six weeks now with copper . the fish seem very healthy are eating like pigs all parameters of water are fine. however there to keep on rubbing against the rocks I see them doing this once a day what is the next step not sure what to do I am not sure what they have no visible signs of illness at a loss please help

Are you medicating these fish in a hospital/quarantine tank?

Have they been in copper for six weeks straight? Is it cupramine copper? Have you added any since you first added the copper?

Yes in the hospital tank for over six weeks now

Could it be something else? There is no sign of illness
