Help before I treat for ich

I have ICH!! Before I move all my fish to a hospital tank I was wondering if a 35hex (with sand and LR) is big enough to hold a small yellow tang, clown, flame angel and engineer goby. All these fish are pretty small. Just curios because this is all I have for a hospital tank?

I also have a 20gal with no sand or LR if that is a better option.

The 20 gal is a better option. You don't want substrate or LR in a hospital tank, as it makes medicating difficult (sand and LR will adsorb copper). As long as your fish aren't too big, the 20 gal will be fine as a temporary option. Keep a close eye on ammonia. For emergency HT/QT, I pick up some ceramic media for my HOB filter along with a bottle of Bio-Spira. Works really well to keep ammonia under control IME.
