I've been quite lucky with my LFS his relationship with all his customers are really good and he'll let you know if you're wasting your money on things or not, good exchange policy on corals and marine fish. On top of that he'll even babysit your corals or fish too if you don't have a hospital tank. I have my clams there and my brain coral..... they are doing well.

A good relationship with a GOOD lfs is priceless: mine babysat my corals and fish during my move---kept them in his tanks taking up valuable space for 2 weeks while I went through an unintended cycle, and no charge for it. I tried to pay him in frags but he wanted me to get the corals stable in their new tank before he'd take any, except one little frogspawn head that broke during transport. That was concern for my livestock above his profit. If you're in or near Spokane, this is a really good store.
