Help - birds nest

This morning I woke up to find that my green birds nest frag had fallen onto my ric garden.

I quickly moved the birds nest away from harm but it looks like it got stung pretty bad.
Some parts of the BN are starting to bleach out and it looks like its getting worse.

Do i cut off the bleached part?
Is the whole frag gonna die?
What do I do?

If anyone is familiar with this, any info would help.

PS. I'm sure it was my damn cleaner shrimp that caused the frag to fall out of its spot.

Clip off the dead part, do not leave any of it on the frag. I usually try to cut the piece beyond the death line. You want to stop it from continuing on and will need to remove some material that look healthy off in the process.

Use some aquamend that you can get in the paint and glue section of home depot to secure the frag on the rockwork.
