Help! brownish string

Hello, so yesterday got my first ocellaris pair today i noticed that one of them is hiding in a corner with a brownish string coming from underneath? Could anyone identify it please and should i wait it out or put him in qt if its something contagious?

Don't put tiny sheets of TP in. It will mess up the skimmer.....:twitch:
