Help build a 300 gallon Room Divider

I currently am designing a new system for my house. This is going to be a room divider, viewable from three sides. You will be able to see the two long sides.The one short side will be visible as you walk into the office. The tank is custom made with all viewable sides made out of starphire glass. Demensions are 72Lx31Wx30D
It has (1) overflow "cube" w/ a 1 1/2" bulkhead fitting. The overflow "cube" is located on the non-viewable side of the tank. This allows for aquascaping under and around the cube. I also have 4 holes drill in the bottom of the tank for a closed loop system. Below the tank will be (2) 30Lx27Wx25H glass tanks. One for a sump and another for refugium. Total Gallonage is going to be about 360gallons. Unfortunately the tank has a glass (starphire) brace in the middle of the tank that is about 16 inches, but the rest of the top is open.
Looking for ideas on lighting, circulation, etc.

Some things i am considering:

Split-chiller system 1HP (just like a house A/C setup)

Oceans Motions 4 ways (one for return from sump, and one on the the closed loop.

Also looking into ceramic rock instead of LR. I am tire of the crap that is out there. Plus this stuff can be custom designed for your specs. It ain't cheap but well worth it in my opinion.

Please help me design this system. All advice greatly appreciated. I will post pics and designs as we progress.

I use a 4-way on my C/L and think it's an excellent thing. i don't know as i'd use one on my sump, but largely due to the expense. Let me caution you against tightening threaded plumbing fixtures into your 4-way; the base walls are very thin and warp if tightened to the hilt. I would go liberally on the teflon tape and let that seal the deal.
