help building a reactor?

I was thinking about building a Phosphate and Carbon reactor to save on some denero. Can someone help? Can they be linked together running off 1 pump?...If you have made one before and can help, please let me know...Thanks,

i will let you know if you can run them off of one pump. i will be hooking it up this week (probably tonight), to see if you can run them off of one pump. you can make a ghetto one out of pvc or you could go to the workshop and make a nicer one.

you can add several media in one chamber. example some nitrate, some carbon and some phospate. the tlf one i found for 36.99 and a friend is using it an likes it. if interested pm me since i dont want to give free advertisement and i will tell you the site i am buying from. i found one that a guy made out of 2" pvc pipe but it needed some work. if you build one make sure you run a small pvc down to almost the bottom to push all the water up the sides and get the most out of it.
