HELP catching fish.

i have 4 clowns in a 75 and waited for the 29 to finish its cycle ...id like to move two in the 29...so that they all pair up.

thing is... i cant catch even one...without removing all the rock...stressing tangs shrimp blenny and everything else in there....any advice?


ive tried the net...ive tried putting food in the net...


any other ideas???
