Help chose a Return pump 57G

Hello I am looking for a return pump for my Deep Blue 57G rimless tank
My sump will have a fuge /skimmer and I will keep soft corals
I do believe the overflow in the tank is 600 GPH max
I was thinking the Sicce Syncra 2.0 3.0 3.5
OR Eheim Compact+ Pump 2000 Eheim Compact+ Pump 3000

I want a Quiet pump that is energy efficient
