HELP! Clown Swimming Very Strange

It looks like she has a swim bladder problem all of a sudden! I've had these clowns for two years, never had a problem. They're the only two fish in a 29 gallon tank (also two years old) with stable parameters (am. 0, trite. 0, trate. 0, PH 8.2, SG 1.024). This fish was literally fine five minutes ago, I fed them, and now she can't stay down. She is constantly swimming downwards, gives up for a sec, and floats to the top. She'll start again, rapid breathing, and she just jammed herself underneath a rock ledge to stay down.

Holy crap, what do I do for her? She's a beloved pet!

She ingested air. She will be fine, just do not feed from the top again.

Normally I do feed frozen, but just recently ran out. I'll switch back right away. Thank you so much, I can breathe now.

You can feed flakes, just put your fingers in the water.
