Help!!! Could this be the start of a leak/disaster???

Not sure if this is water / moisture that has accumulated from the outside of the black tank trim or if it is water seeping out from the inside. Any help would be greatly appreciated I've tried to play around a little with it see if there is water down in there but scared to mess with it too much. Thanks!

Can you snap a better pic? Is the tank stocked right now? It's very difficult to see a perspective from that shot. Lol

That doesn't look good at all. The silicone might be pulling away. better pic would help.

Need a better pic. Drain the tank below that line if possible to reduce the stress on the seams..
