Help determining tank manufacturer.

I have a 29gal tank I am about to drill. I need to know if the bottom is tempered or not. It has no warning lable on the bottom and the only tag it has is only partly showing. This is probably a long shot but any help would be appreciated. All I can see on the tag is an American flag to the left, then it says Built by, and below that says 6 month warranty.
