Help diagnosing clownfish - HD Video

My clown has been having some white areas near the dorsal fin. The dorsal fin itself has faded from dark black to a milky white. The pectoral fins have some white areas where the opaque part meets the translucent part of the fin (mostly only on the fish's right pectoral fin).

I see the clown turn sideways and rub against the sand every once and a while. Other tank inhabitants are healthy as can be with no signs of disease/infection.

The clown is eating and moving around normally, no signs of distress other than rubbing on the sand occasionally. Any help is much appreciated!

The white patches sound like a Brooklynella infection. A 30 to 45 minute formalin dip at 60 ppm (20 drops or 6 ml per gallon) will give relief. After that transfer the fish to a clean quarantine tank. You may just observe to see if it clears up or dose Chloroquine Phosphate (New Life Spectrum Ick-Shield powder) to make sure it's gone. Don't use Chloroquine Phosphate with seahorses or pipefish.
If you want to be sure it's gone from your tank all fish need to be treated and the tank remain without fish for 6 weeks.

You forgot to mention that he hangs out with a coral. This may be caused by stings of the coral.
But the possibility of a brook infection still remains.

Sorry, forgot to mention that! He has made home under the frogspawn and sleeps between the retracted heads at night. The white spots and rubbing on the sand has been going on for the past 3-4 weeks. The flame angel looks perfectly healthy, no spots and great color.
