Help diagnosing sick fish?

I have a wrasse that has been sitting at the bottom of my tank in the corner for almost a week. There have been no visible signs of disease until today I suppose. It's tongue moves in and out, and there is clear mucous around it's head and body. Does anyone know what is wrong?

Could be a bacterial infection. Remove to quarantine and treat with furan2 or maracyn2 for 7-10 days.
