help fast!!

my true perc is twitching. i just did a water change, and i accidently sucked up 3 polyps and then i threw it back into the water.. and i saw my true perc go after the polyp like it was food.. and now its twitching madly, bitting the rock and twitching!! what can i do?

That happened to mine, and then it stopped and acted normally. Most likely it ate something that disagreed with it. Keep an eye on the fish and see if it recovers quickly.

Is it the first time it twitches? Do you have another perc? It's normal for them to do that, I think it's called a submissive dance, usually clownfish do it to their mate to show dominance or submission. Mine clean the rock and twitch at each other.

Sometimes I do it to show dominance over my mate.
