Help feeding black leopard wrasse

I got a beautiful black leopard wrasse, aka: Macropharyngodon negrosensis about 10 days ago. I work during the weekdays and never see him in the evenings or mornings when I am home. I've only seen him come out from hiding maybe twice and both days were over the weekend in the afternoon. I was able to feed him when I did see him but I am afraid that he is not eating all the other (week)days. All the frozen mysis shrip gets eaten by my clown and I only have these two fish in my FOWLR. How can I make sure the wrasse is getting enough food. I suspect he comes out in the day time when I am not home or maybe even in the middle of the night. But there is no food at those times. Please help. I don't want him to die. I also have NO IDEA where he could be hiding. I though he just disappeared until I saw him on Saturday.

Leopards sleep in the sand. They can practically swim through it. They will eat pods of anykind so will survive on those as long as your tank is established enough and big enough to sustain that.

Once acclimated to tank life they will pick up feeding various kinds of food. I've had the most luck breaking them in with hikari mysis, baby brine shrimp, hikari krill, pe mysis, and black worms. Eventually they will also start eating any pellet foods you feed as well.

If you don't already have an auto feeder I would suggest getting one and have it feed at least once a day or more. All my fish have all taken to NLS marine 1mm pellets along with the meaty foods I mentioned above and a few other treats I feed everyday.
