My baby 1 inch HUMA HUMA trigger fish got himselve sucked into the side of a powerhead. i unpluged it and he swam away he is hiding under a ledge now with brownish discoloring. he is alive but not in amazing condition. i will get pics in a min.
my understanding is that if a fish is weak from a malady of some sort is when they get sucked into a powerhead. in the wild, these fish withstand much higher currents than in our tanks so if a powerhead is too strong for them, something is wrong.
