no he is fine, just really small i bought him yesterday no signs of anything wrong with him. mabe even under an inch.

does anyone know what that browning is? also he had been swimming around the pumps all day did he just get unlucky?

Usually fish don't get stuck unless they are already sick. Any symptoms of disease?

my understanding is that if a fish is weak from a malady of some sort is when they get sucked into a powerhead. in the wild, these fish withstand much higher currents than in our tanks so if a powerhead is too strong for them, something is wrong.
