HELP! Fish swimming upside down

I've recently seen a fish swimming upside down. It's a sohal. What is wrong with it?

My tomatoes did some wierd stuff for about the first 6 months, swimming upside down, sleeping upside down. It almost seemed like they got tired and acted this way...

This fish has been around since Moby Dick was a minnow and just all of the sudden did this. Will it go away? I asked in the disease forum and one person told me that it is only a 24 hour affliction. Sounds wierd.
