HELP: Flame angel

I received a flame angel from La, and it entered the third stage of TTM Monday morning, when I came home from work, it had taken a turn for the worse. It is losing its ability to maintain its orientation in the water. Head is rising and tail falling to the bottom of the tank, kind of bobbing along. The first two stages were great, it was swimming normal, and hiding when ever I came near.

Setup is a 10g, bare bottom, with heater, airstone, thermometer, and PVC for hiding. I tested the water and it's at 1.020 ( the SG it shipped at). PH is 8.1, and there is no ammonia. I dosed PRIME as a precaution.

I have not witnessed the fish actively feeding, but have provided Hikari marine S and Hikari mysis.

Note: the Goby in the tank seems to be doing just fine, so I'm not sure how one fish is failing and the other is doing ok.

I have Prazi available if you think that will help.

I hate losing any living creature, so your help is appreciated.

Thanks in advance, ZB

Couple of things: I've read that flame angels are not having a good survival rate lately whether it be where they are collected from or how they are collected.
The other thing is obviously disease or parasite related. Are you seeing any spots, flashing or excess mucus on the fish? You could do a FW dip to confirm flukes. Since the fish is not eating I do not know I would dose Prazi as of yet since Prazi will suppress the appetite for a day or two. But flukes can also put a fish off eating. If it were me I would do a dip. This will either confirm flukes and/or knock back a parasite like brook. But it will not do anything for velvet or ich. Unless you have clear objective symptoms it's hard to tell which treatment to go with at this point.
Have you tried to supply Nori for it?

Thanks, I am getting the Nori today. At this point I don't know if its physically capable of eating. I called LA and they suggested feeding a boiled pea with the skin removed, to help with swim bladder disorder. I confirmed this treatment online as well.

I will continue to monitor it, see if it eats, and try a dip. How long should a frshwater dip last? Trying to space things out so I don't stress the fish too much.
