Help! Flower pot coral pooping or something

Not sure what's going on but I was looking at my tank and noticed my flower pot was nice pink and extended today and just now I look over and it started to scrunch up, next thing I know the mouths are gaping and shooting out brown blobs. Is it dieing, reproducing or did I just witness some crazy phenomenon?

Is it still alive? I had an Alveopora that did that before it died.
