Help for a year I can no longer keep the clams

For expert advice ... I was 7 for almost 2 years between maxima and crocea clams in perfect shape ... .. the problems started from when I bought the photometer ... I scored 0.38 of phosphates. Now I've made resins iron down quickly and the clams have become brown .. and began to close ... then their edges are frayed and faded .... died ....
Afterwards I started to improve conditions of water-very unstable due to phosphate that came up quickly without resin 0.2. I state that my 130 gallon tank mounted on the 2x400 and 4 t5 39 Lumenarc up, has a perfect light ..... and well-spread ....
A few months later I put it through other resins fixed 14 cm ..... some of the problems and start again ..... in that I also began to epridoo ozone dose 60 mg three hours a day to improve the quality of water ... . New clams under 10,000 xm bulbs are fat at the beginning and start well then they show signs of bites on his cloak and in span of three months lose weight and die ....
I look at my tank from the suspicious deaths of three shells, and find that a large flatworm eats clams ..... but its presence is related to the rapid death of three maxima I do not explain the syndrome of acclimatization. Then remove it and discovered that even small children who get up every now and then ...
Following this second loss of clams other 7 died 3 months ansi .... Step 4 and return without them, mounted a skimmer that is 500 gallons of water .. and I use vodka to keep down the phosphates which now range tra0, 04 e0, 15. A Derase other clams buys time, and two crocea, and follow three maxima of 17 cm beautiful .... After a month, the beautiful crocea everted meeting with the rapid erosion of the mantle and closing the maxima ......, small gold just manifest symptoms .. but is always in the health ..... Derase remains healthy. ...
Documents, I thought it would be PM and the show that the clams under stress because they come from a t5 tank .. I have to acclimate slowly to HQI, my tank and 80 cm high. Done this, I still always controlled by ozone orp ... but not happy that in spite of the phosphate to 0.10 vodka are using a liquid absorber \ apple that leads to 0.04 / 0.06 at this point also to the three maxima 17 cm made just a month before when they had just opened showing mantle and pinches on the mantle, just lowered to 0.05 ifsfati bleach and turn brown algal symbionts by eating them and I lose 2 to 3 weeks away .....
I realize also that my two hepathus to stress to the strength of inseguirsisi mozzicate occasionally on the mantle and be convinced that the clams during their acclimatization must be peace in the otherwise too many variations of phosphate and the constant annoyance of the fish are attacked by the parasite PM ... topical crocea are the two heal the mantle and returned to open the Derase stadempre .. well never had any problems .....

My decisions tell me if you share ...
Levo fish or clams hepathus annoying, I keep the low phosphate without sudden changes other values are eprfetti 440 Ca / Mg Kh 1350 9.0 8.2 ph / ORP 300 No3 1 mg ... 400 K

Sounds like you changed the water quality too fast by adding the phosphate absorbing media. If it was ferric oxide that can cause pinched mantle. Also there are a lot of things that will eat clams. Sounds like you have a few things going on. Tough to say without pictures. Post some if you have them. Good luck.

Yes, the only value that fluctuates \ are the phosphates that I lowered resin aluminum .. and ultimately the death of only the two large maxima I used a mixture of liquid that binds the phosphate brigthwell .... other crocea and Derase and the maxima are small and harmless in the shooting ....... sps grow so much and I'm in shape ..... some are dark for months of phosphate ranging from 0.10 to 0.15 ... ... foam bagnatissimo and also make changes of 50 liters a week, every 7 days and now I introduce oligoelemnti .. I'm with 3 ml of vodka and dry froth ........ what to say .....
But having phosphates oscillating creates so much damage to clams ...... and if it was lack of staff ....
I give the ozone 8 hours 60 mg and hold the eye in over 307 redox wrong ...

I have never heard of using aluminum to bind phosphates. Also I have never used liquids to bind phosphates. I also dont use ozone. I control phosphates with the use of ferric oxide, but you need to be careful in doing so when you have clams. They can be sensitive sometimes to the extra iron in the water causing pinched mantle. You do a lot of things that I do not. I try to keep things simple. I do water changes, add calcium, alk, and magnesium. I have always had really good success. You maybe trying to make things too complicated and something maybe going on that you can not or are not testing for. If they are getting shredded I would still think something is eating the clams. Also pinched mantle can be caused by stress. I would say all the new things or changes could have stressed out the clams. Post some pictures if you can. Also seems odd that everything else is still doing well. I would say it could be the predators you removed or the changing water conditions.

The flatworm adult-walled and yesterday I removed another of her children inside a rock ... I repeat the other two crocea clams are recovering and the maxima are small and Derase bene.Ozono not use it for many months ..... the first 7 clams I've missed using resins to lower iron phosphate and 3 ...... I have lost almost got worse when I lowered the phosphate rapidly from 0.15 to 0.06.
here are the pictures of how to evolve my tank ...... rpimo clams that appear to already have symptoms of high Pm ....... are photographed when they are healthy ......

Update now the situation ........ clams are certainly bothered by the great hepathus that even bothers to try to capture as soon as possible, but are stable and recovering the large maxima that has woven a bit thin always closed ..... I'm running the system live phytoplankton commercial .... hoping to support the phosphate control them with the liquid phosphate Brightwell and range between 0.01 and o, o6 `nitrates are always at 1 mg per liter.
