Help! Fungus(?) on my onyx clown

Hi guys. So I noticed a white dot on the dorsal area of my clown yesterday and also noted that he was not hungry. I waited overnight and woke up today to see that the white dot turned into a large ivory-ish bubble. He still isn't eating and seems to be really weak. He just stays by the frogspawn. I would hate to lose this fish because I have had him for so long as a pair. Here are some pictures. I couldn't get a nice shot because he was moving so much. It's right under his middle white line.

Any advice?

Okay so the bubble was his poo. I'm thinking the white mucous poop, swollen belly, and loss of appetite might mean a bacterial infection or intestinal flagellates. Any ideas for treatment? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

that is crazy stuff right there. i don't know what it is, but if the potential for an internal parasite of sorts exists, i'd go with prazipro treatment. i hope someone who has seen it before can chime in.
