my Barracuda sprung a leak this morning and I need a replacement fast. Does anyone have a large pump FS?

Thanks Grim but I need an external big boy that pumps 2500+ gph. A Barracuda or other Sequence would be awesome!

I have a Via Aqua MP 8500 as well. I don't think it's a good long term solution but if you need to use it a few days you are welcome to it.

Wow! I think that would be perfect. Is it an SEQ22 with 1 1/2 in/out?

Were you going to pick it up in Arvada and use it or would you like to sell it?

I would love to get it today!

Thank you, thank you, thank you for all of your kind offers of help. One of the things I love about this community is that everyone jumps in when a member is having a challenge.

For some reason I don't get a notification in my e-mail when someone sends a PM so I missed most of your offers to help me out with a variety of solutions.

What I DID do was drive down to the Springs where the Reeflo distribution warehouse is located and they absolutely hooked me up (at a great price).

Once again thanks for your offers!

"They meaning Reeflo"

Yes you are correct, however.....MDM Inc. ( Sequence ) and Reeflo happen to share the same address....But I'm sure they are different companies ... wink, wink.

I drove right to their 'warehouse' and I hate to admit how excited I got seeing boxes and boxes and boxes of new aquarium pumps of every shape and size. (I know, sick huh? I never thought the sight of hundreds of shiny new aquarium pumps would turn me on so much!)

Marissa brought me over to the techs and we talked durability, prices and the warranties of Darts, Dart Golds, Barracudas etc, etc. and the prices were pretty darned good! They even had refurbs with warranties and a crazy amount of inventory.

All in all, she spent about 45 minutes with me going through all of the options and needless to say, I was impressed and relieved to have such a great resource about an hour away from South Denver.

Anyways, kudos to the suppliers that understand 'fish emergencies'!
