SORRY HAD TO DO THAT BUT REALLY...

so i got this clown yesterday and put him in my tank(a true perc) i acclimated him and he came out fine and was swimming around but now hes laying not completely upright kida sideways and he stays at the top either in a corner behond my powerhead or by my heater cord,at first i thoiught he might be cold but the tank is at like 80 so i turned it to 81 but hes still there sohes captive bred i think,and has no visuall problems and isnt really breathing hard or fast

do u guys have any idea?

We need more information if you'd like some help.

What are your tank paramaters? (SG, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate)

Did you acclimate your fish? If so, for how long?
Was it in rough shape at the LFS?
Any tankmates bullying the new addition?

80-81 is not cold, and you should just leave your heat alone. Anywhere from 78-82 is fine.

Are you 100% sure there's nothing on it's body (ie: parasites, etc..) ? Can you get a picture?
