ok guys i just did an ammonia test on the ice chest water that is holding my two fish ( clown and damsel) as well as my coral poplys, 2 sea urchins, and sea whip.....
the test said 2.4 ppm total which is like .6-.9 ammonia toxic....
The fish are still living and i just rinsed out the cooler and i am going to replace all the water with new.....i am increasing new water temp as we speak......
My question is how did the fish survive at this level and how do i keep the ammonia level low while i am using this holding facility while the 90g cycles....?
I think i might go to lfs and see if they will hold my animals for me....?
