HELP: How do I set up my Sump?

Hi Reef Central,
I have an Eshoppes R-100 Sump. I also have a 60 gallon drilled over flow cube. I really don't know how the heck to hook this thing up. For the line going into the sump, do I use the plastic hose they provided and just plug it into my bulkhead? And for the return, how would you recommend plumbing it. Can you provide me with a diagram?

Did it not come with instructions? You can usually find an owners manual on the manufacturers website.
