Help! how to catch this mantis

I recently bought 40 lb of LR in addition to my 200lb of LR. This morning I heard a clik clik sound and I saw a 2" green mantis shrimp hiding in my foundation rock!! I certainly can't take my base rock out, I'll have to move all my rocks to do that. Could someone help me how to make a trap for this shrimp. Do they prey at night? what's the best bait to catch them. I have lots of shrimps and snails in my tank and I need to get rid of it asap.

cut a bottle in half and flip the cut top piece into the bottom and create a trap, put some food in there and he should go for it.. put it by his hole. please dont kill it, ill take it if u live in florida

Thx for the suggestions, I live in Canada unfortunately. The mantis live in the foundation rock in the bottom of the tank, how should I put the bottle, if I put it vertically, the mantis won't be able to go inside because it'll be too tall for him. Unless if he can climb the bottle or swim, which I highly doubt. If I put the bottle horizontally, it'll be easy for him to get out once he's in. Any suggestions?
