What is your Calcium, Magnesium, and Alkalinity?
Why are you running GFO and Carbon?
Do you have a large amount of Macro algae in you sump/fuge?

Other than your alkalinity being higher than I would suggest, your water parameters seem to be fine. Your lighting is more than sufficient as well. Corals do grow slowly, so perhaps you just aren't noticing that they are, indeed, growing? If you could give us a list of what you actually have in there that might help figure things out.

What I did for mine was take pictures when I put them in, and then a year later so I could compare them. Although I knew that some were doing really well, I was quite surprised by how much they all had grown. Top-down photos seem to show growth the best. Ta take mine, I made a simple waterproof lens cover for my camera using a piece of scrap 3" PVC and a small square of acrylic that I glued to one end. The results were pretty amazing.

Here's a couple examples - 1 year ago on the left, today on the right:

YOu have stony coral, one a plate montipora, which is an sps; others are lps. YOu MUST track alk-cal-mg constantly, or drip kalk. Read Setting UP and look at the Chemistry chapter. Stickies. Up above.
