HELP I have Two fish w/ white Crystal looking ? on fins

I have Two poor mans Morrish idols and they both have developed these kinda white crystal clump looking things. They are the only fish to show this in the tank. No Ich looking spots on these or anyother fish, Just these white clumps that look like clumps of salt, or a crystal or something.

What is this stuff and how do I treat it.

That may be lymphocyctis, however, without more details, or a picture, its difficult to say for sure.
