i desperately need this item quickly.
I am about to move and my new aquarium won't be ready to host my fishes without it ! Does someone can help me ?

Ouch....Canada, that's a tough one.

And Roger (from Tunze) is in travel mode right now. He'll be driving for the next 10-12 hours so I don't know that he'll see this in time to help you...Hopefully someone else can.

One of Canada's Tunze distributors is www.jlaquatics.com so you should try there first. They may be able to get the stuff in you need. Roger (from Tunze) doesn't supply Canadian dealers, as far as I know.

I don't sell to Canada. These outlets are hand made and rear drains are so rare in the US I don't stock this part. It likely is a special order for any north american dealer and it sometimes takes a while to get shipments from Tunze or any small German company for that matter. The products just aren't mass produced and you have to be willing to wait. You waited this long and a couple weeks isn't going to be life or death.
