Couple things:
1. Micro bubbles are not bad, but they aren't aesthetically pleasing. so no need to worry on that front.
2. The pump may be drawing in air because it is above water level, or larger bubbles are being sucked into the pump off of algae or maybe a waterfall.
3. You have the venturi attachment on.
Those are my ideas, the fixes seem obvious.
